Sometimes you need to sink a lot of time into a project to keep your brain busy for a while.

This piece involved painting on watercolor paper, cutting that out, using a star-shaped hole puncher on one piece of construction paper and putting another color behind it, glue sticks, and a LOT of swearing. It looks better with glass on the frame, but proved to be impossible to photograph.
